Jakett customers have not been educated on the leather making process, therefore, they aren't appreciating the finished product. (When working with genuine leather you will always have imperfections and marks that make each item unique).
 

Solution

Celebrate "The Beauty in Imperfection." As with people, it is the "imperfections" that make our Jakett's inherently beautiful. Create a series of informative and educational print books and digital campaigns that explain the craftsmanship and detail that goes into making the final piece. Representing each skin in a unique way to show the diversity of skill & finishes. Those "imperfections" are what make your Jakett one of a kind.
